Thanks|||Since you're coming to Puerto Rico and already asked about Nutrition Assistance I assume you can't pay for a private health plan, so you have to apply for the Government Run Health Plan called ''Reforma''. When you're at the Nutrition Assistance office they might be able to help you and point you on the right direction. The requirements for "Reforma" are practically the same as Nutrition Assistance.
