me and some friends are going to puerto rico in late july and wanted to know what are some places to hang out at night. We are all 21 years of age accept myself, wont be 21 until november. Will that be a big problem? Also do the local girls like american men, preferbly african american?|||The drinking age is 18 and thats usually the entrance age too. The best places to party are in San Juan. In the Isla Verde and Condado areas of San Juan you will find big nightclubs and casinos (usually in hotels) and in Old San Juan you will find lots of trendy bars and pubs and even people partying in the street.
