Could an Australian citizen who has had US permanent residency since 1993 move to Puerto Rico on a US Green Card? And would the time that they lived in Puerto Rico count towards the satisfaction of the requirement for US citizenship that the applicant be physically resident in the US for 2.5 of the 5 years immediately preceeding their application for citizenship?|||Yes, Puerto Rico counts towards that requirement.
