I do my own homework, just in advance. But, I've been looking and cannot find an answer. Does anyone know why the US wanted to invade Puerto Rico during the Spanish-American War to provide a "banner of freedom" for them?|||Because I believe the US wants to help PR. IDK... but I wish I could help you really. :-(
