Somewhere within The United states and Puerto Rico, Must have the ocean attached and great sites. All inclusive preferably. I am having the toughest time finding a vacation that does not require a passport and is in expensive (please don't suggest disneyland). Also, it doesn't have to be Miami.

Thank you!|||What IS IT with Amerikans and PASSPORTS? I truly don't understand the attitude that Amerikans have about getting a passport so they can travel like everyone else in the world can. Anyway, this is the best I can do for someone with such LIMITED travel opportunities.

Puerto Rico

I do have an idea for an affordable vacation, requiring no passport, but it wouldn't be all inclusive. In the USVI on the island of St. John (the best for beach and tropical get away) there is an eco resort called Maho Bay that's right on a beach and has tons of activities and is very affordable. St. John is not an inexpensive place to stay, and has some of the best world class beaches for diving, snorkeling and just enjoying an amazing view. It's very laid back, and doesn't require a rental car as taxis are abundant and inexpensive. You would fly into St. Thomas and take the cheap ferry to St. John. The ferry gives the added bonus of giving you the oppertunity to explore St. Thomas as well. Check out the site and see if it's right for you and your family.

If you are not the type to enjoy an eco vacation and really can't do with out the all inclusive crowd St. Croix has recently turned it's largest resort, The Divi, into an all inclusive. http://divicarina.com/DiviCarina/

And St. Thomas has a few all inclusive options, not sure how affordable they are but here is a list http://stthomasusvi.thebeach.vi/st-thoma鈥?/a>|||I just came back from PR last week and it is expensive there. I also was looking for all inclusive for there and I didnt find anything. I stayed at the Caribe Hilton which is a beautiful hotel and my package included dailey breakfast which was a good deal and helped save some money..Eating out gets very expensive and especially if you have drinks with it so..Good luck!!|||There is a small chain of small inns that offers the all inclusive in Puerto Rico. Here's the website:

The capital is expensive, but outside San Juan is not, and there's a lot of things to do and see :)|||There aren't very many all-inclusives in the U.S. One that is here is Club Med Sandpiper in Florida. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-鈥?/a>|||I tend to avoid those places like the plague, but try this site:
