I work in Dallas with an H1B visa (work visa), the thing is that don`t have the visa stamped on my passport. Can I travel to Puerto Rico?|||not to sure...you might have to file for the I-131, but since you have the H1B Visa, im not sure that you are able to leave the country and then come back.

Good luck!|||If all your documents are legal for you to be in the US then you can travel to PR. So whatever you need to prove that you are in the US legally will also apply to PR.It is basically consider to be a part of the US|||PR is a common wealth of the US.|||yes, u only need a US drivers licence or photo id and ur good to go.|||You will need your new passport and your old passport(I assume that is where you visa is). The new passport should have a stamp in back stating it is a replacement,or have the same number, etc. allowing you to use a visa stamped in your old passport with your new passport. Puerto Rico is part of the United States so if you have the paperwork to be in the US you have the paperwork to be in Puerto Rico. US citizens only need a government issued picture ID.
