Will the person that's in Puerto Rico receive your text or call if you're in Hawaii? And vice versa? We both have T-mobile.|||Yes you can text or call...it will be a long distance call, considering that Hawaii its part of the United States just add a numer 1 before the phone number the other person gave you....
Example 1-939-333-3333 or 1-787-222-2222
both 787 or 939 are the area codes here at PR.
