I am moving with my children within a year to Puerto Rico. They both attend elementary school and the oldest is in the mild to high functioning autism spectrum. I will be seeking a job as an English elementary school teacher. I heard that the best areas in Humacao are Barrio Tejas and Barrio Mabu. I would truly appreciate your honest response. Thank you and have a blessed day!|||Well Humacao is near Fajardo....a City in the Country....has a Branch of the Universidad de Puerto Rico...(state Public University)
