I'm going to Puerto Rico this month, and all of my friends and relatives are asking for Rum. Just how much can I come back with? Does this differ from foreign countries, since PR is a US territory? Thanks!!!|||As many as your heart's desire. There is no limit to how many bottles of rum you can bring back to the the U.S. since it is not a duty free port (like the USVI) and since there are no customs/immigration formalities when returning to the states.|||You can pack as much rum as you want in your suitcases. But if you are buying it from the duty free shop in San Juan Airport they limit it to 5 bottles per person. They sell all types of Rum in the duty free shop.|||Carry on Nothing with the New Regulations..in Your bags 5 Bottles..if You buy them in the duty free store at the airport ..they will take them to the airplane.
